The Alberta Urology Institute Inc. is a newly redeveloped clinic area and office space located in the Hys Centre. This redeveloped space now houses 13 urologists, their support staff, the Alberta Urology Institute Research Centre, a Minimal Invasive Fellow office, and the Divisional Office of Urology.

This redevelopment has expanded the entrance and waiting room area. This is to better serve the patients that are scheduled to attend appointments. At any one time, there can be six urology clinics functioning. Each clinic room has been outfitted with the latest computer equipment for electronic media storage and retrieval system to better serve the patients.

Included in the redevelopment of the office space is a conference / rounds room setup with fully wired capacity. This provides the surgeons, residents, and students a dedicated location where they can meet to discuss past and upcoming cases. This area can open up and accommodate a visiting guest speaker as well.

Located behind the clinic area are the offices of the surgeons and their support staff. This area has an open design element, allowing the natural light to diffuse into the office area.
